Our Business

Since 1981, House Calls Pet & Home Services has been offering pet care to folks who believe "there’s no place like home."  We have several offices that service the greater Bay Area. Our office in Vacaville services hundreds of happy clients in Fairfield , Vacaville ,Suisun, Green Valley , Cordelia, and Travis AFB.  

Who We Are

Our Vacaville Team:

• Wendy Simmons: Has been professionally pet sitting since 1995.  She has had a life-long affinity and love for all animals.  She is owned by 2 dogs (1 busy Schipperke and 1 rescued chihuahua mix), 1 kitty, 2 parrots, and 2 cockatiels. 
  
• Dan Simmons: Is Wendy's better half.  He works for the Department of Corrections by day and does pet sitting evenings and weekends.
• Wendy T:  Has been pet sitting with us for 5 years, and has a large, devoted clientele.  She is owned by a Rottweiler, a Queensland Heeler, a chihuahua, and 2 kitties.  She is our "horse care specialist", and enjoys caring for horses as well as dogs and cats.
• Janice R:  House Calls' first pet sitter!  She joined our team in 1998 and has been doing a fabulous job ever since.  Janice LOVES animals and her job as a pet sitter.  She has two cute-as-a-button kitties of her own, and would love to have an entire houseful of critters if she could! 
• Felecia G: Has been pet sitting with us since 2004.  She has a devoted clientele, 2 pixie-bob kitties, and 2 "kiddies" too.
• Kate D:  Has gone from terrific client to wonderful addition to our team.  She has a friendly kitty and 2 wonderful dogs at home.  She is active with her dogs in agility training.
• Karen C: Works locally as a vet tech and has been pet sitting with us since 2005.  Since she was a child she has always loved being around animals from small reptiles to horses.  Her house is currently over run by 3 dogs (all rescue puppies) and 1 kitten.
  
• Kelli S: Has been pet sitting with House Calls for 7 years and she has loved every minute of it! Kelli is currently a junior at Sacramento State University and wants to have a career as an animal behaviorist. She is owned by 4 cats, 2 ferrets, and 1 mouse.
• Loretta H: Enjoys communing with her two indoor kitties while she reads and crochets and one outdoor kitty while she gardens. In addition, she loves walking with her friend's yellow lab whenever she can. Pet sitting is a new endeavor during the past year, but an adventure she finds rewarding. 
• MichaelAnn W: Has been pet sitting with us for 2 years.  She loves all animals and has a special place in her heart for them. She is owned by a handsome 100 pound pitbull named Tank. 

 Our Fairfield Team:

• Sharon V: Has been taking care of our Suisun and Southeast Fairfield clients since 2004.  She was born and raised in Fairfield and is owned by a beautiful golden retriever named Lucy.
• Christina T:  The newest member of our Fairfield team, she joined House Calls in 2008 and has quickly become a busy sitter!  She has a Boston Terrier and a Dachsund at home.
• Joy U:  Has been professionally pet sitting in Cordelia and Green Valley since 2002.  Her life and career are based on her love and passion for animals.  She is owned by her 6 1/2 yeard old female boxer, her 1 year old cat, and one gold fish.
