How to I get set up with this great service?

1. Call or email us with your name, address, dates of service, and types of pets to be cared for.
2. Your personal sitter with  conatact you to set up a meeting in your home with you and your pets.
3. Gather your pets history, habits, veterinarian info, and names/numbers of emergency contacts.  We request 2 house keys at the time of meeting-one for your sitter and one for the office in case there's an emergency with your sitter.
4. Meet with your sitter to create the best routine for you and your pets.  A service contract will completed clearly stating your instructions, services, and fees.  We want to ensure your pet's safety and comfort.
5. Your service begins.  Daily instructions are carried out, and we'll take care of your pets like our own.   On our last visit, we'll leave a note letting you know how things went in your absence, and reminding you to call so we know you're home on schedule.  Our service continues until you call to let us know you're home.
6. You'll come home to happy pets and a home that's exactly how you left it.
